Refund Policy

1. 30-Days Return Window

We offer a 30-days refund and exchange policy, commencing from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable (Final Sale) Items

For hygiene and health reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings

  • Nose Pins

Gift cards, promotional items, and items marked as clearance or final sale are also non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@ornagold.com within 30 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Approval: We will review your request and send instructions on how and where to send your package if your return is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging.

4. Damages and Issues (Defective Items)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is deemed defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

5. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay or the payment method used for the transaction).

  • The refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued as a bank transfer to the account details provided by you.

6. Exchanges

We generally only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different reason, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
