All orders are processed within 7 (seven) business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays observed in India.

2. Shipping Service and Delivery
We offer a single Standard Delivery option for all locations across India. Shipping charges and the estimated delivery timeline will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery 4–8 Business Days 
 

• The total time to receive your order is: Processing Time (1–4 days) + Estimated Delivery Time (4–8 days).

• Free Shipping: We offer free Standard Delivery on all orders over ₹1,000 INR.

• Delivery estimates commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order placement. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

 
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched.

• The tracking link will become active once the carrier scans the package.

 
4. International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship internationally. We only accept orders for delivery within India.
 
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Ornagold is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

• If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

• If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, you must contact the carrier directly.
